IF you are heading for a surf at Point Leo there is a fair chance you will run into Jack the surfing dog.
The English cocker spaniel has become an accomplished surfer in the past four years, thanks to the tuition of his owner, Chadwick Model Heath Meldrum.
Jack has a life jacket and a custom-made wetsuit.
He rarely falls off the board.
Jack started surfing with his owner after he cried on the beach as he watched Meldrum surf.
Meldrum said the reaction to Jack and his surfing from onlookers was amazing.
"He's such a cool little dog," Meldrum said. "Everyone just loves it."
