"Ilyuka" is a cliff top mansion in Portsea on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. For sale in excess of $20,000,000 - Ilyuka's vendor has spared no expense in an effort to sell the historic home.

Portsea cliff-top properties, squeezed onto an outcrop where Port Phillip Bay meets Bass Strait, are generally among the most expensive in Victoria and are tightly held by their wealthy owners.

After extensive casting, the client chose a full cast of Chadwick Models.

Jack - the incredible surfing dog

IF you are heading for a surf at Point Leo there is a fair chance you will run into Jack the surfing dog.

The English cocker spaniel has become an accomplished surfer in the past four years, thanks to the tuition of his owner, Chadwick Model Heath Meldrum.

Jack has a life jacket and a custom-made wetsuit.

He rarely falls off the board.

Jack started surfing with his owner after he cried on the beach as he watched Meldrum surf.

Meldrum said the reaction to Jack and his surfing from onlookers was amazing.

"He's such a cool little dog," Meldrum said. "Everyone just loves it."

Attending the Melbourne Cup this week, Dannii Minogue's boyfriend Kris Smith has been spotted cosying up to several glamourous women.
But the X Factor judge needn't worry too much - his affectionate poses are simply part of his job as a male model.
At the Crown Oaks Day today in his role as a model for Australian department store Myer, Smith showed off one of their suits as he cuddled model Jessica Hart on the red carpet.

While Smith, 32, was looking dapper in a grey pinstripe suit, blonde model Hart looked striking in a red skirt suit and matching hat.
Sydney-born Hart, 24, is recently single after reportedly splitting from long-term love, rocker Nicolas Potts, who she appeared with in several episodes of MTV reality TV show The City.
But while Kris has been photographed posing with various beauties at the Melbourne Cup, it's been clear the former rugby player is pining for Minogue and their baby son Ethan back in London.

He told the Melbourne Herald Sun last week: 'It's awesome being back, just great, but I just wish I had the other two with me
'I won't see them for two weeks and it is absolutely killing me. I've been spending loads of time with Ethan, but because Dannii is feeding him, I'm with them both all the time.'

Smith also revealed the couple have refused to hire a nanny and enlist the help of his mother when either is unable to look after Ethan.
